Tips for Golfers

You can put the on your bag or keep it in your pocket (like I do). We hope you will enjoy your and use it every time you golf to lower your score.

A few things to remember: is a guide. Although researched, there are many ways to hit the shots listed on the card. Feel free to make any modifications you find work best with your swing.

lists a section for “Club Adjustment”: +1 means use one club higher (use a 9 iron instead of an 8 iron), -1 means use one club lower (use a 7 iron instead of an 8 iron) and so on.

lists a section “ Shot Adjustment”: this means where you should aim the ball (not your body; aim your body is indicated in the “Weight/Body” section. Also this section may indicate change to your swing pattern i.e. steep swing, open stance or open face.

addresses the side hill shot. The sidehill shot is one where your feet are either above or below the ball while you are on the side of hill. There are also tips on hitting the dreaded sidehill shot that is coupled with an uphill or a downhill lie.
